First meeting

...and then I had my first formal meeting with the big bosses.

Being stranded in the meeting room for 6 full hours really doesn't feel good at all! First the boss talk. Then we have to look at some of the statistics from each department. Then at last is our turn to talk. Darn...
But no doubt, I've really learned a lot from it. And it's quite scary too. Everybody were so serious.

My head hurts a lot now *kena banged by one fat ass that day*.

It's Monday again tomorrow. I'm really getting bored of this. >____________<

Bukit Larut trip

...then I had a two days trip to Taiping...to be exact it should be Maxwell hill (Bukit Larut).


It's quite famous among the Taiping residence I guess. It's something like Cameron Highlands but with less pollutions and claimed to be the oldest hill resort in Malaysia. Well...I can tell why is that so...look...this is where we put up for the night!


This place is really like in the middle of no where. It's a very old house with a very spooky toilet! It's really freakish. Have you come across a toilet entrance with stairs going down, wooden walls and unknown flying creatures?

Check out the rumah-panjang-like corridor and the old style hall. They even have a fire place but it's already been sealed up. This is those places where you're advice to go in a group.



Well, there's nothing much we can do there. You can choose to walk down the hill, they have a small cafe about 1km down from our place. We definitely chooses to go for a stroll that day...and I regret the moment I need to climb back up!

Check out the picture. That's the path up the hill! According to mongmong's course mate whose's from Taiping itself told us that this is a hot spot for those who fancy hill climbing. Wow..I really salute those who can do so.



The route sucks but the scenery was superb!



Have you every tried BBQ-ing in places like Cameron? It's really nice.



Taiping is a nice place if you like a slow pace life. Oh...and a nice place for photo shooting too =D

The class skipping moments, our gambling moments, Genting moments, clubbing moments, mahjong moments, facial moments, badminton moments, pat-ing moments...and don't forget our copying moments during finals...opps..hehe~ yan, tan, carrine, kokhoo, luplup, cheekhoon & ken...thanks for the moments and all the best for the route ahead!

First Pay Cheque

Finally gotten my first pay yesterday. Although it was really little, but I'm quite happy with it. Now I can really feel how mongmong, sa-jie and aho felt when they were working last few months. It really sucks in the sense that you don't have the time and energy to play during weekdays. So from now on, I'll treasure each and every weekend I have! And holidays...oh my...I've gone through the calender the longest holiday for the rest of the year is during the coming Hari Raya. Well, compared to my 3 months sem break, this is reallllllllyyyyyy short! How I missed my semester breaks! For those who are still studying...just a reminder...treasure you Uni life now cuz you have all the free time in the world!

Grandpa had just passed away last Sunday. It's so sudden that I still missed him now. Almost all my family members came back. Again it's the time for you to realised that time really does flies~ Looking at my cousin that used to be a cute little baby boy that now have grown into a leng chai really makes me feels so...old. Darn!

RIP Ah-gong, we'll miss you forever.

Working life

Working life is really tiring. FYI, I've started the first permanent job in my life last week. I realised that working life ain't as easy as I thought. It's only the second week but I can feel the stress of the huge work load dump on me. I'm working on the marketing department in an insurance company. My job practically is to monitor the sales of the agencies and solve their problem. So, I've to attend lots of training and go through some exams. Macam schooling days la~ Next week I'll be left alone to do all the paper works. Kinda nervous now~ And handling all those questions from the agents would be a very big challange for me.

ps: The internet line for my new crib is yet to be done..and I'm so pissed off for being so outdated these days :(

Random

OMG I'm getting flu and sore throat again. Wonder when will I recover from all these nonsense.

Well, I'll be going for my first day of working life on Monday. So kan cheong now~
I'm still having doubts over accepting this offer. Well, besides the pay, well, may be the job scope? I mean it sounds quite fun and all. But I don't really have the "oh-i'm-so-excited" feeling. That's so weird. Erm...hopes everything goes fine.

Oh yea. I've watched Transformers yesterday with MongMong. Megan Fox is so hot! And it's really awesome!!! Sis goes to the cinema twice for it. Next movie...Ice Age 3~

Busy weekend

It's been a really busy weekend. FYI, I've moved to Pelangi Damansara near Ikea. Didn't realise we have so many things to shift. I have a bigger room now. More space to occupy my stuffs. Ooo yea...I've gotten a job already. I'll be working for a insurance company. But pay damn low lor...RM2100 only. After minus EPF I guess I'm only having RM1800 for a month. Saddening hor.

There's another sad news last week. MJ's sudden death shock the whole world. Micheal Jackson has been a icon since the day I come to know things. I believe that no 80's babies like me who hasn't listen to he's hits before. Try to listen to the lyrics. Most of them are quite meaningful. He might not win a lot of awards and might be a little bit weird. But he's the one that changes the world. Especially the world of the African-americans. He is certainly a great entertainer. RIP MJ.

Crazy movie marathon at Tropicana City Mall

Yup. You've read the title right! Me, Mongmong and Aho went for a series of movie marathon last Saturday. FYI, a new GSC is in town. This time at Tropicana City Mall, PJ! We went there at about 2 something to redeem our free tickets. To our surprise, the crowd was not that bad as compared to Malacca when the free shows were given in conjunction of the opening of GSC in Dataran Pahlawan.

Our first movie was at 3.15pm. Aho's choice of the day "Race to the Witch Mountain". Yea, we are a little bit outdated. The show lasted about 2 hours and the guys already started to freeze. Erm...very week lor you two...hehe~ We were so excited to be in a new cinema and started to take pictures in it.
ps: even the sits smells new!



Next was my choice of movie. I had chosen "Confession of a Shopaholic". A movie every girl would like to watch. Right? The two guys seems so uneasy with my choice of the day. They said it's a bimbo show and it's sissy to watch it~ Duh...it was really funny ok~ You guys laughed all the way through.

Well, we had to fill our tummy before we carry on. After a looooooonnngggg walk. We stopped by at this place called "Otak-otak Place" for dinner. Everything seems so nice in the pictured menu.

They even have Rukun Negara at the back of the menu, just like the exercise books that we used to use in primary school.

I loved the interior deco. 80's style.



The place really brings back a lot of childhood memories for 80's babies like me. Still remember the green soldiers? guli-s? happy family card game? They have it all there! Just much more expensive than what we used to buy.

Here comes the food! We put the menu just beside it to compare the photos with the one they served. Erm...



Our third and last movie of the day. We KO after watching this. We gave up on "Dragonball Evolution". Can't imagine that it will be so tiring after a movie marathon. This was Mongmong's choice of the day "Mall Cop". Another Comedy. I seriously thinks that the leading actress looks like Katy Perry. Don't you think so?

Finally pedicure done!

I was wondering around KLCC yesterday after an interview and finally I've gotten myself a nice pedicure. Did it all at The Nail Parlour, 4th floor Ampang Mall Suria KLCC. RM35 for normal manicure, RM45 for normal pedicure. They uses OPI and Jessica products. The service was normal yet I'm satisfied with the results. *winks* Sadly to say that I still have knee cracks! Issh...hate that...

A random day

I'm having this same routine again. Waking up early, sitting in front of the computer, checking through my emails, forums...and for the rest of the day? Practically doing nothing productive. (hmm..that's what Mong Mong said to me...I'm ain't being productive at home!)

Yesterday when I was suppose to follow by my boring schedule, my aunt called me up and I spend my whole morning baby-sitting my little cousin. Well, at least I'm doing something different. It's fun baby-sitting. Then out of a random thought, I went Mid Valley alone. Wanted to pampered myself with pedicure, but it's freaking expensive there. Can you imagine pedicure for RM50?! Ok..or is it that's the market price and I'm too "kiam" for it...Yan called me up when I was wondering around there. Randomly she came by. Well, since pedicure was out of my mind at the moment. Yan suggested we go for a movie then, just to kill time. Ok...then randomly again we went for a movie.

We watched "17 again" yesterday...throughout the show our conversation went like that...

Me: OMG! OMG! he has forgotten he's 17 now?!
Yan: why so leng chai one...
Me: yalo yalo...very leng chai hor...
Yan: how i wish i were 17 again...well..it was like 6 years back...
Me: yea...how nice...but we are old now...
Yan: why is he so leng chai...
Me: @@

Anyway, it's a nice show. And yea..Zac Afron is quite leng chai la...haha~

PS: I still wanna pampared myself with pedicure! My heels are chipping already. Any nice and cheap intro...anybody???

PPS: Anyone knows how to get the tickets for Transformers 2??? I wanna go to the premiers~
