We were just in time to sign up for Elsa's Slumber Cooking Class....haha~
DISH OF THE DAY: FRIED VEGE
Step 1 : Preparing the wok and wash the vege
Step 2 : Pluck the vege into smaller pieces...Elsa's little helper Emily preparing it...
Step 3 : Chop the garlic
Step 4 : Preparing the salt water
* According to Nutritionist Elsa, DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT use too much of oyster sauce. Thus, we use salt and soy sauce to taste here.
Step 5 : Hot the wok and pour some oil in it. Throw everything in and stir!
after a few minutes...TADA!!! we have a nice dish of fried vege!!!
