Yummy Salsa

I'm having a great time in the kitchen these few days with Sis.

Today while we were doing shopping for cookies sis thought of buying Chacho's and salsa dip. And we were like "Hey, why not we make our own!" Well, that's a crazy idea. Yet, we did it.

Jiji's recipe for a yummy Salsa dip

2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 lemon (we need the juice and the zest)
chops of fresh parsley
a pinch of black pepper, dried oregano and Tabasco sauce to taste

First chop everything into fine pieces. Not too small ya! Make sure you can have a bite of all the ingredients.

Dump everything into a big bowl and mixed it up. See how nice is the colour..hehe~

Squeeze the lemon juice and pour in about 2 tablespoons.

Add in the dried oregano leaves, black pepper and Tabasco sauce (we took the extra hot ones...you have to try it..it's way better than the normal ones ) Give it a toss..and it's ready to be serve!

Served with all-time-favorite Chacho's (corn tortillas)
