Pancake

This was ages ago...

Me and sis decided to make some pancake for supper. It ended up this way...

Homemade Pancake (taste more like thick Roti Canai)

First sift the flour and break the eggs into a bowl

Pour in the milk
(After mixing the eggs with the flour only we realised that we are out of milk...haha...so we mixed the condensed milk with water!)

Mixed everything together until it forms a batter

Sis said pancake were suppose to be fluffy. So, we randomly added some baking powder...hehe~

we remembered the instruction behind the instance pancake mixed wrote "add in some oil". so, we added some into ours

to the frying pan

remember to add some butter to the pan to make the aroma nicer

and also flip it. Cook till it turns golden brown

and it's ready to be served.
We ate ours with honey and passion fruit. You can try yours with banana or ice-cream :P
